Temporary Housing Officer

6-8 Week Contract


An experienced housing professional is required for a short-term assignment to provide cover within a busy housing management team.

Info:

• Temporary contract (approximately 6-8 weeks)
• Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
• Office-based role with regular site and estate visits
• Central Scotland location

Key Requirements

• Strong background in tenancy management within a social housing or housing management environment
• Proven experience managing rent arrears and supporting income recovery activities
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively with tenants and partner agencies
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires regular travel and visits to properties and estates
• Ability to work independently and become operational quickly within an established team
