Interim Head of Support & Tenant Engagement


Salary - £55,000 - £60,000

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Support & Tenant Engagement to provide leadership cover during a period of long-term absence until end of November


Working across five supported housing sites in Fulham, West London, and Aldershot (with hybrid working available), you will provide a steady and confident leadership presence while driving forward key service priorities.


Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting teams delivering high-quality support services to veterans of all ages.
• Providing strategic and operational leadership for tenant engagement activities.
• Overseeing the migration to a new case management database.
• Reviewing and updating relevant policies and procedures.
• Leading and delivering a range of service improvement and development projects.
• Ensuring services remain effective, compliant, and focused on positive outcomes for residents.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing, support, or social care leader who can quickly build relationships, manage change, and maintain momentum across multiple sites.
