A successful college in East London is seeking a dedicated Progress Coach to join their team in September. You will be providing excellent pastoral and academic mentorship to 16-19 year old students, ensuring they feel supported and equipped to take on challenges now and beyond.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people as a progress tutor or similar role
• Empathetic and approachable
