Are you a passionate English Lecturer looking to make a real impact? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Further Education college in London that is committed to helping learners achieve their full potential.

The Role

As an English Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to learners aged 16+, supporting GCSE English, Functional Skills and/or A Level English (depending on your experience). You'll motivate students, monitor progress, and create a positive learning environment where every learner can succeed.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified teacher (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)
• Degree in English or a related subject
• Experience teaching within Further Education or Secondary Education
• Passion for improving learner outcomes
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
