Plumber/Assistant Plumber - Middlesex

Morgan Hunt currently requires a Plumber/Assistant Plumber for NHS based in Middlesex

Pay Rate: £18ph to 20ph Ltd

Hours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 16:00pm Fri

Location: Middlesex

Duration 3 months on going contract

Suitable candidates must have full clean driving licence vehicle will be provided

Job description requirements

Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.

Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.

Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.

Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations

strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.

Qualification

Minimum City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical services

specialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps)

Water safety Training

Experience

experience with all types of mechanical, ventilation or gas installations and maintenance

Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

Would accept newly qualified Plumbers with some commercial building experience
