  • Following safeguarding, health and safety and equality policies at all times.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about supporting young people with additional learning needs.
  • Patient, caring and adaptable in their approach.
  • Confident building positive relationships with students, colleagues and families.
  • Able to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in both classroom and practical outdoor agricultural settings.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs, including moderate to complex needs.
  • Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
  • The ability to work full time from August 2026 until December 2026.

Desirable

  • Experience within further education or specialist education settings.
  • Knowledge of SEND, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and associated needs.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students' lives.
  • A supportive and experienced staff team.
  • A unique specialist learning environment.
  • Ongoing professional development and training.
  • The chance to work within an inspiring agricultural and land-based setting.

If you are committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential, we would love to hear from you.
