Job Title: Maintenance Officer

About the Role / Job Summary:

We areseeking an experienced Housing Officer for a tempotrary contract of around 2-3 months.. This role focuses on reactive repairs and managing void properties, with potential involvement in planned works during staff absences. The position offers a hybrid working option, requiring on-site presence most days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre and post inspections of properties.
• Manage reactive repairs and void property maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in planned works as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Essentials:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a driver with access to own transport.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance role.
• Experience in social housing
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
