
Tenancy Enforcement Lead (ASB Officer)
Are you an experienced housing professional with a passion for tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud? I am looking for a Tenancy Enforcement Lead (ASB Officer) to join a team in West London, working within the public sector and government.

About the Role:
As a Tenancy Enforcement Lead (ASB Officer), you will be responsible for managing the most challenging Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and tenancy fraud investigations. You will prepare legal cases, including witness statements and Notices of Seeking Possession, and represent the organisation at County Court hearings. This role also involves providing expert advice to Housing Managers, delivering training on ASB legislation, and working closely with external agencies such as the Police and Local Authorities.
Rate: £29.49ph (umbrella)
Duration: 3-months
Location: West London
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex ASB and tenancy fraud investigations.
- Prepare legal documentation and represent the organisation in County Court.
- Provide guidance and case supervision to Housing Managers.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external agencies.
- Deliver training on ASB legislation and tenancy fraud best practices.
- Support community safety initiatives and contribute to service improvement.
What I'm Looking For:
- Proven experience managing complex ASB and tenancy enforcement cases within social housing.
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation.
- Experience preparing legal documentation and presenting cases in court.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
