This is your chance to ensure safe, high-quality, and energy-efficient homes while driving service improvements and managing compliance and budgets.

• Leading housing property services, including repairs, maintenance, and building safety.
  
• Modernising operations and engaging residents to shape better outcomes.
  
• Overseeing the HRA capital program to improve housing quality and efficiency.
  
  **What We're Looking For:**
  
• Senior-level experience in housing and property Services.
  
• Strong knowledge of housing and building safety regulations.
  
• Proven leadership skills and a commitment to resident-focused services.
