About The Client:




I am currently representing a local Housing Association in North Manchester to recruit a Housing Officer on a temporary basis. This position will have a mixture between site visits and office attendance and will be pay ~£25 per hour DOE. Please note that the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.




The role includes responsibilities for tenancy management, delivering effective support, and ensuring compliance with housing legislation.




What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Housing Officer
  
• Good knowledge of ASB and general needs Housing requirements
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• UK valid driving licence and driver
