💷 £16.43 per hour + Holiday Pay (£18.41 per hour total)

📍 Location: Redbridge (Community Outreach)

🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week

📅 Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Are you passionate about supporting people experiencing homelessness?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Outreach Worker to join a dedicated street outreach service supporting rough sleepers across the London Borough of Redbridge.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Conduct street outreach and verify rough sleepers.

✅ Complete assessments and provide ongoing case management.

✅ Support clients into emergency and long-term accommodation.

✅ Make referrals through Pathway and other specialist services.

✅ Build positive relationships with health services, housing providers and local authorities.

✅ Deliver crisis interventions for individuals with complex needs.

✅ Participate in annual street counts and outreach initiatives.

✅ Maintain accurate case records and risk assessments.

What we're looking for:

✔ Experience working within homelessness, outreach or housing support.

✔ Knowledge of rough sleeping pathways and homelessness legislation.

✔ Experience supporting vulnerable adults with multiple and complex needs.

✔ Strong communication, assessment and partnership working skills.

✔ Full commitment to community-based outreach and early morning working.
