We're currently recruiting for an established homelessness outreach service in Hillingdon, with opportunities available for both experienced Lead Workers and Lead Managers

These are hands-on roles supporting people experiencing homelessness or housing difficulties, helping them access the services and support they need to move forward

Lead Worker - £19.36 per hour

You'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with people experiencing homelessness through outreach

• Building professional and trusting relationships with service users

• Assessing needs and developing support plans

• Supporting people to access housing, benefits, healthcare and other services

• Helping individuals work towards greater independence and stability

• Working with partner agencies and local services

• Maintaining accurate case records and reports

• Supporting the wider outreach team to deliver an effective service

Ideal experience includes:

• Homelessness or housing support

• Outreach or community-based support

• Supporting adults with complex needs

• Keyworking and support planning

• Working with multiple agencies

Lead Manager - £23.57 per hour

Alongside the above, you'll also be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a team of outreach workers

• Allocating workloads and overseeing service delivery

• Providing supervision, coaching and guidance to staff

• Monitoring performance, quality and outcomes

• Supporting staff development

• Working closely with partner agencies and stakeholders

• Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, case management and service delivery

Ideal experience includes:

• Team leadership or management within homelessness, housing or support services

• Supervising and developing staff

• Managing workloads and service delivery

• Safeguarding and risk management

• Multi-agency partnership working

🚗 A driving licence is preferred
