**About the Role / Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced **Housing Manager** to lead a dedicated Housing Management team and deliver exceptional services to customers and communities. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee day-to-day housing management services, including tenancy management, allocations, income collection, estate management, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy sustainment.
  
• Ensure services are customer-focused, compliant, and continuously improving.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support broader organisational objectives.
  
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  
• Monitor performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  
  **Qualifications:**
  
• At least three years' experience working within a Registered Social Landlord or housing-related organisation.
  
• Strong knowledge of housing management, housing legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive service improvements.
  
  **Education Requirements:**
  
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in housing management or related field.
  
• Additional certifications in housing legislation or management are advantageous.
  
  **Experience Requirements:**
  
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within housing management.
  
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality housing services.
  
• Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
