We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recovery Coordinator to join a specialist recovery service in Stourbridge on a 3-month temporary assignment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting individuals affected by drug and/or alcohol misuse and helping people make positive, sustainable changes in their lives. 💙

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Complete assessments and develop individual recovery plans
  
• 🤝 Provide one-to-one recovery-focused support
  
• 💊 Support individuals engaging with drug and alcohol treatment
  
• 🛡️ Promote harm reduction and relapse prevention
  
• 📈 Monitor progress and review recovery goals
  
• 👥 Work alongside healthcare, social care and other partner agencies
  
• 🏠 Support service users to access appropriate wider services
  
• ⚠️ Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding and risk concerns
  
• 📋 Maintain accurate case records and documentation
  
• 💬 Attend team meetings, case reviews and multi-agency meetings
  
  

  ✅ What We're Looking For

  ✔️ Previous experience in substance misuse, drug and alcohol, recovery, mental health or social care
  
  ✔️ Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs
  
  ✔️ Good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
  
  ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  ✔️ Compassionate, non-judgemental and recovery-focused approach
  
  ✔️ Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
