Interim Learning and Organisational Development Manager

Interim Learning and Organisational Development Manager, 3 month temp - Remote - £45.80 per hour (Umbrella)

Our client is looking for an experienced Learning and Organisational Development professional who can lead effectively in a fast paced and changing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the organisation wide OD strategy, plans and programmes.
• Managing and developing a high performing People/OD team.
• Leading learning and development, culture, wellbeing, EDI and organisational change initiatives.
• Working with senior leaders to embed organisational values and behaviours.
• Using organisational insight to identify future capability and development needs.
• Developing and continuously improving the L&D offer.
• Building effective relationships with external learning and development providers.

You will have:

• Proven experience leading, managing and developing a high-performing People team.
• A strong track record of identifying, delivering and embedding cultural change, ideally within a public sector environment.
• Experience working collaboratively with trade unions, senior managers, staff forums and wider stakeholders to deliver impactful learning, development and change programmes.
• Experience understanding organisational HR data and information requirements and delivering effective solutions to meet these needs.
• Proven experience leading an L&D function, from identifying and assessing learning needs through to programme delivery and evaluation.
• A collaborative, strategic and practical approach, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into meaningful people and development initiatives.
