Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

About the Role / Job Summary:

Morgan Hunt are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. This role is essential in fostering an inclusive learning environment and ensuring that all students receive the assistance they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with their learning needs, providing support in a variety of subjects.
• Work closely with teaching staff to implement individualized education plans.
• Support students in developing their skills and confidence.
• Monitor student progress and report on their development.
• Facilitate group activities and promote a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in an educational environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.

Education Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are advantageous.
• Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Understanding of educational support strategies and practices.
