💷 Pay Rate - Dependent on Direct Recovery Experience

• Less than 12 months: £16-£18 per hour (Umbrella)
  
• 1-3 years: £18-£20 per hour (Umbrella)
  
• 3+ years: Up to £22 per hour (Umbrella)
  
  
  
  
  We're currently recruiting for an experienced Recovery Coordinator to join a busy substance misuse service in Croydon, working with a varied caseload of service users presenting with a range of drug and alcohol-related needs.
  
  The role will involve supporting individuals from initial assessment through their treatment and recovery journey, working closely with partner agencies and wider support services.
  
  

  🔑 Key responsibilities:

• Managing an allocated caseload of service users
  
• Completing screening, comprehensive assessments and recovery plans
  
• Providing structured 1-to-1 key work and psychosocial interventions
  
• Supporting individuals with a range of drug and alcohol-related needs
  
• Providing harm reduction, health education and relapse prevention support
  
• Completing risk assessments and safeguarding
  
• Coordinating onward referrals and wider packages of support
  
• Working closely with health, mental health, criminal justice, housing and community services
  
• Supporting service users to build recovery capital and achieve sustainable outcomes
  
• Maintaining accurate case records and treatment documentation
  
  

  👀 We're looking for:

  ✅ Previous experience within substance misuse / drug and alcohol services
  
  ✅ Experience managing a varied caseload
  
  ✅ Strong understanding of assessment, recovery planning and risk management
  
  ✅ Experience delivering key work and motivational interviewing
  
  ✅ Knowledge of harm reduction and recovery-focused practice
  
  ✅ Strong multi-agency working and communication skills
  
  ✅ A non-judgemental, person-centred approach
