Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Further Education College in their search for an interim Contracts Paralegal/Lawyer to lead on contracts and commercial law, while providing additional legal support.
You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to colleagues across the College in relation to contract and commercial agreements, as well as reviewing, drafting and amending a range of contracts and policies (including collaboration contracts and other commercial agreements).
You will also be responsible for supporting with complaints and appeals, as well as minute occasional governor committee meetings.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Legal Professional (either Paralegal or Qualified Lawyer), with significant experience within contracts and commercial law (including providing advice and reviewing, drafting, and amending a range of contracts). You will ideally have experience within the Education Sector.
This role will require someone to work onsite for the first 6 weeks, before moving to a hybrid working arrangement.
