Morgan Hunt are currently working with a UK Regulatory Body in their search for a permanent Pensions Payroll Specialist to act as the Regulatory Compliance subject matter expert and advise on all payroll related queries.
You will be responsible for conducting Large Employer and Sector deep dives to ensure pension contributions are calculated accurately and efficiently. You will support the Compliance and Enforcement directorate from a payroll perspective on all case work, as required, attending the more complex inspections.
You will also monitor developments and provide close compliance oversight of all payroll middleware and software providers, prioritising those with or likely to achieve large market share (and/or are considered high risk).
