Location: East London - Office-based (5 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality housing services aligned with Corporate Objectives and Team Plan.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, overseeing repair requests, and promptly responding to tenant enquiries.
- Liaise with tenants, leaseholders, contractors, and other stakeholders to address housing-related issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating housing activities and services, contributing to data analysis and reporting.
- Support the implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance housing service delivery and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated understanding of the roles and responsibilities within a Local Neighbourhood Housing Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT, including the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience in housing administration or a related field, with the ability to follow complex procedures accurately and efficiently.
Experience:
- Proven experience providing administrative support in a housing environment.
- Familiarity with IT systems for recording organisational activities.
- A track record of delivering customer-focused services professionally.
