We have a current opportunity for a Project Manager on a permanent basis, salary £50-55,000 per annum. The position will be based in London, Greenwich. We are looking for a strong end to end Project Manager carrying out a range of minor / planned works such as CCTV upgrades, fencing replacements, roofing works, fire door replacements, redecorations etc.
You will be working for a nationwide contractor delivering in-house Project Management on a University site - excellent project management, stakeholder management and H&S skills will be needed. I\'ve detailed some of the main responsibilities below - please get in touch asap if interested.

§ End to End Project Management § Maintain good client and key stakeholder relations. § Present and provide professional service at all times. § Manage project plans, risk and issue log, actions log, project meetings, and produce regular progress reports. § Manage mobilisation of any new services § Coordinate all client and end user communications. § Responsible for driving new initiatives within the hard and soft FM services under remit. § Project manage projects to ensure the delivery of objectives to time, quality and cost. § Deliver projects to agreed methodologies and standards. § Provide hands on support as required to task owners to ensure timely completion of all tasks. § Demonstrate a focus on contract retention using the \"Clients for Life\" principles. § Initiate and maintain project plans ensuring that all the details are accurate and up to date. § Promote effective two-way communication within all levels of staff in area. This will include ensuring that team briefings take place and that Sodexo and University objectives and values are clearly understood. § Highlight and actively engage all project stakeholders and maintain close and ongoing relationships with key stakeholder through the life of the projects. § Contribute to strategic discussions as part of the senior site management team sharing ideas and best practice to improve performance. § Identify cross service opportunities to maximise efficiencies and provide a seamless integration of service. § Accountability for escalating potential risks identified as appropriate. These risks may be operational, related to knowledge and people, financial, compliance or risks to the Company reputation. § Ensure effective contingency plans are maintained and adopted when appropriate. § Build and maintain project plans minimise impact, and escalating business critical issues in a timely manner. § Build and track resource and financial plans for projects. § Maintain project reporting and provide highlight reports when requested. § Responsible for developing effective project communication to all task owners/stakeholders. § Undertake lessons learnt sessions with all projects and factor learning into continuous improvement process. § Be aware of the site business continuity plan and comply with all company policies and health and safety aspects as required. |

Our esteemed charity is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supported Housing Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Supported Housing Services.
Responsibilities:
As the Supported Housing Team Leader, you will be tasked with supporting our Housing Team to provide excellent service to all housing clients. This involves identifying and assessing client needs, ensuring appropriate support is available to facilitate positive changes and progress towards independent living. You will also be responsible for maximizing rental income and ensuring clients meet their tenancy/license obligations.
Additional Duties:
In addition to the above, you will support the staff team in meeting external demands, responding to the needs of local commissioners and stakeholders, and demonstrating best value and best practice. You will actively support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations, helping them to transition away from homelessness.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing a team within the supported housing service, along with knowledge of financial management. Strong leadership, motivation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is an understanding of health and safety policies and procedures, and safeguarding policies and procedures. Experience in conducting risk assessments and using the Outcome Star is also required, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
