Housing First Worker Needed in Greenwich!
Location: Greenwich, office based in Charlton
Assignment: Initially the role will be temporary for 2 months, with potential extension
Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00-17:00, 37.5 hours a week

We have an exciting opportunity working within our social care client\'s Greenwich Based Housing First service. Engaging with a small cohort of service users, providing a personalised service to people with complex needs.
As Housing First Worker, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing a personalised, trauma informed support service to people with complex needs facing multiple exclusion in line with Housing First Principles. You will also be responsible for coordinating and providing a person centred, strength-based support service across a case load of 7 clients who are either based in the community or in their own tenancies depending on their situation. The aim being, to create long term sustainable tenancies by increasing independence and maximising connectivity with the local community.

* Experience in programming using a common language such as Python, SQL, R, or a willingness to learn.
* An understanding of the importance of best practises in data management, ideally with some knowledge of using a database
* Experience of setting up dashboards using software such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, or via a programming language.
* Knowledge of existing web-based mapping platforms such as Mapbox, Kepler, Leaflet, Carto would be beneficial
* Knowledge of existing data sources and spatial analysis methods that could be used to better understand the built environment, and a desire to expand this knowledge.
