The new and improved Black Leadership Job Board has officially launched!
Black professionals hold just 1.5% of senior roles in the UK, the Black Leadership Job Board was built to address this, take positive action and challenge systemic inequality.
If you’re a previous user, or a complete newbie to the job board, this webinar is not one to miss. We’ll be exploring the benefits of the job board and running a full walkthrough of the new platform for both job seekers and employers. We’ll be joined by Black Leadership co-founder, Robin Landman OBE, who will discuss the significance of maintaining a diverse staff. Clare Keniry, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Morgan Hunt will take us through the journey of the job board and its new features.

Robin is a co-founder and member of the Executive Team of the Black FE Leadership Group, like all team members, working in a voluntary capacity. In addition, he is Vice Chair of Governors at Lewisham College and a member of the CMI Race Advisory Committee. Prior to that he was co-founder and former CEO of the Network for Black Professionals. Robin was a schoolteacher for ten years before a 30-year career in further education management, working in four colleges, the FEFC and for the British Council in South Africa.
Clare Keniry is a Board Director and head of Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Hunt, working with clients to ensure that their recruitment strategies are diverse and inclusive. The recruitment process is a critical element of bringing diverse talent into an organisation and we help organisations to ensure that every step is as consciously inclusive as possible.
Within Morgan Hunt, she also leads the development of a diverse & inclusive culture. She has over 20 years’ experience working within the recruitment industry with extensive networks spanning both the private, public, and not for profit markets, having worked across the UK and Australia. Driving authentic diversity & inclusion is one of the biggest challenges facing employers and Morgan Hunt are committed to working with organisations to support the development of a truly diverse and inclusive workplace.
