Housing Officer - Temporary (3 Months) - Fife

🕒 Contract: 3 months (immediate start)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to support their housing services team in Fife. This is a temporary 3-month contract and an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a designated patch of properties, delivering excellent housing services
• Handle tenancy management, arrears, and rent collection
• Provide advice and support to tenants to help sustain tenancies
• Ensure compliance with housing policies, procedures, and legislation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Housing Officer (or similar housing role)
• Strong understanding of housing legislation and tenancy management
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Availability to start at short notice
