
Personal Assistant
Are you an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant looking for your next challenge? We're working with a high-profile public sector organisation that is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full-time, with the opportunity to apple for the permanent position. This role offers a salary of £31,000 with potential to increase to £32,700.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide efficient and proactive support to senior leadership within a fast-paced directorate focused on data, technology, and insight. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that impacts some of the UK's most pressing economic and consumer challenges, including emerging technologies and digital markets.
In this role, you will:
Manage complex and demanding diaries, inboxes, and travel arrangements.
Act as the key link between senior leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Support with the preparation of documentation, briefing materials, and meeting packs.
Provide seamless organisational support, ensuring senior leaders are prepared and well-briefed for all engagements.
Work collaboratively with other Personal Assistants and executive support staff across the wider organisation.
About You
To succeed as a Personal Assistant in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a PA within the public sector (essential).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with proven experience managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with digital tools.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Salary: £31,085 - with the potential to rise to £32,700.
