Morgan Hunt is proud to be working with a respected Further Education college in the West Midlands to recruit a skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer for a full-time, permanent position.

This is a great opportunity for a motor vehicle professional who's passionate about teaching and ready to make a real impact in the education sector.

The Role

As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer, you'll be responsible for delivering and assessing qualifications across a range of courses from Level 1 to Level 3. You'll work with both 16-18-year-old learners and adult students, providing classroom-based learning and supporting apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Plan, prepare and assess learning materials in line with awarding body standards
• Support and motivate learners to achieve their goals and progress
• Contribute to curriculum development and course planning
• Track and record student achievement and progress

What We're Looking For

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
• An assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Substantial industry experience in the motor vehicle sector (servicing, diagnostics, repairs)
• Prior experience teaching or mentoring learners is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
