Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in their search for an interim Fundraising & Governance Officer to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across fundraising, governance, HR support, and programme coordination while contributing to the organisation's wider mission and impact.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing fundraising administration and monitoring income, supporting the delivery of fund agreements, and helping to maintain accurate records. You will also take a leading role in supporting corporate governance processes, including coordinating trustee meetings and sub-committees (finance, risk, and inclusion), preparing agendas and papers, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements. Beyond governance and fundraising, you will coordinate the organisation's internship programme, liaising with universities and partners, and provide HR recruitment support, from advertising vacancies through to scheduling interviews and managing pre-employment checks.

The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You will bring prior experience in fundraising management and committee/governance administration, and ideally some exposure to HR or educational programme coordination. Digitally savvy and comfortable working across different systems, you will have the ability to manage competing priorities in a professional and proactive way. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to build collaborative working relationships, and a flexible, adaptable mindset will all be key to success in this role.
