About the Role

Are you passionate about helping others and creating a safe, supportive environment for people to thrive? We're looking for a dedicated Housing and Support Assistant (Nights) to join our clients experienced Housing and Support team in Hounslow

You'll be the reassuring presence and first point of contact for our residents and visitors during the night. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two nights are ever the same. You'll provide practical support, handle queries, and ensure our building remains safe and welcoming at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service - Provide professional, friendly, and compassionate support to residents and visitors.
• Ensure safety and security - Act as the on-site First Aider and Fire Marshal, carry out regular patrols, and respond effectively to any incidents.
• Handle reception and administrative tasks - Manage telephone calls, process payments, log repairs, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support residents' wellbeing - Welcome new residents, manage reports of anti-social behaviour, respond to complaints, and offer a listening ear when needed.
• Work collaboratively - Be part of a supportive, experienced housing team that's committed to high-quality, person-centred service.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident working independently during night shifts
• Calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
• A great communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
• Passionate about making a difference in people's lives
• Experienced in housing, support, or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Full training will be provided, including first aid and fire safety.
