Interim Marketing Assistant

Location: Hybrid (offices in Glasgow & Edinburgh), currently 1 day in the office per week, might move to closer to 3 days during the contract.

Hourly Rate £18 per hour via Umbrella company

Contract Length & hours: This role is 28 hours per week until the End of March. This role has a long term vision of either initially being extended at the end of March or becoming permanent, and there is the possibility of the role moving to full time working hours after end of March 2026.

Your New Role

In this role you'll be involved in:

• Storytelling & Content Creation - You'll gather great stories from across the organisation and turn them into engaging blogs, articles, and digital content that connect with staff, tenants, and wider audiences
• Social Media & Campaigns - You'll keep up the strong work on Linkedin and Facebook, supporting exciting campaigns including staff wellbeing initiatives, recognition and reward projects, and a review of organisational values next year
• Creative project's, there is talk of a rebrand in the horizon, new colours, a fresh logo and a refreshed visual identity to match the organisations evolving values.

What You'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a flair for writing and storytelling
• Understanding how to create engaging social media content
• Is confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Brings creativity, collaboration and enthusiasm to every task

What You'll get in return

• £18-£19 per hour paid via Umbrella company
• Contract until the end of March, with the view of this being extended or made permanent in the future
• 28 hours per week, and an option to move to full time hours from the end of march next year
• Offices based in Glasgow & Edinburgh, currently 1 day in the office per week requirement
