Head of Housing

We are working with a well-established, community-focused housing organisation to recruit an experienced Head of Housing for an interim appointment. This senior leadership role will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management, factoring and welfare services, while driving performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary Housing Team
• Deliver excellent housing, allocations, estate management and factoring services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative standards
• Drive income maximisation, arrears management and void control
• Oversee customer engagement, complaints and satisfaction performance
• Contribute to strategy, business planning and performance reporting

About You:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in housing management
• At least 3 years' management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to improve performance and customer-focused services
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex operational environment

Salary: £53'904- £61'598 DOE
