I'm recruiting a Housing Resolution Officer to join a busy public sector and government housing service based in London (Hybrid). This Housing Resolution Officer role sits within the local housing team and focuses on delivering high-quality frontline housing and repairs services in a designated patch.

As a Housing Resolution Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for residents, resolving the majority of enquiries at first contact across phone, digital and face-to-face channels. Working in the public sector and government, you will diagnose housing repairs, manage complex cases, handle complaints, and provide clear advice on tenancy and leasehold matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve housing and repairs enquiries at first point of contact

• Diagnose and raise repairs, liaising with contractors and technical teams

• Manage complaints and complex housing cases through to resolution

• Support vulnerable customers and escalate urgent issues appropriately

• Contribute to service improvement within the housing service

About You

• Experience in a customer-facing housing, repairs, or contact centre role

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and case ownership skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
