I'm recruiting a Housing Resolution Officer to join a busy public sector and government housing service based in London (Hybrid). This Housing Resolution Officer role sits within the local housing team and focuses on delivering high-quality frontline housing and repairs services in a designated patch.
As a Housing Resolution Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for residents, resolving the majority of enquiries at first contact across phone, digital and face-to-face channels. Working in the public sector and government, you will diagnose housing repairs, manage complex cases, handle complaints, and provide clear advice on tenancy and leasehold matters.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve housing and repairs enquiries at first point of contact
Diagnose and raise repairs, liaising with contractors and technical teams
Manage complaints and complex housing cases through to resolution
Support vulnerable customers and escalate urgent issues appropriately
Contribute to service improvement within the housing service
About You
Experience in a customer-facing housing, repairs, or contact centre role
Strong communication, problem-solving, and case ownership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Location: North London (Hybrid)
Sector: Public sector and government
Desirable: Experience in social housing.
