Your Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with housing needs, manage rent accounts, and proactively address arrears.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide outstanding services.

• Ensure residents' wellbeing through assessments, personalized action plans, and safeguarding practices.

• Maximize housing occupancy and minimize vacancies while helping residents find affordable move-on accommodation.

• Encourage residents to engage in education, training, and personal development opportunities.
