💷 £13.94 per hour, weekly pay
🕒 35 hours per week (rota basis, including evenings, weekends & public holidays), Full time and Part time shifts available


We're recruiting on behalf of our client in Wimbledon for a Housing Receptionist to join their friendly, community-focused team.

You'll be the first point of contact for residents, members, and visitors - providing a warm welcome, handling enquiries, processing payments and bookings, and helping to keep the centre safe and well-organised.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience while working on a flexible basis that suits your availability. This is a varied role that suits someone with great people skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.


What You'll Do:

• Deliver excellent customer service at reception and on the phone
• Manage bookings, memberships, and payments
• Carry out regular safety and wellbeing checks
• Support with admin tasks and general front-of-house duties

About You:

• Confident, friendly, and professional
• Organised and able to multitask
• Comfortable using IT systems and handling payments
• Flexible to work on a rota (evenings & weekends)
• First Aid qualification (or willing to train)
