The service is a 27 Bed Hostel in Shepherds Bush W12



High support needs, Drug addiction - needs to be someone who has experience dealing with complex individuals.



Move them on to independent living and support throughout this process



It is a long stay hostel so clients can stay here up to 2 years.



Useful to have St Mungo's log in - to view caseload, but not a necessity



Mix of Night, duty and recovery work, normally covered as the site is 24/7 live in hostel
