Service Manager - Veterans Housing (Fulham)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected organisation supporting military veterans in a brand-new residential development in Fulham.




You will oversee two sites with 128 veteran residents, many with low-medium support needs, ensuring services are engaging, responsive and focused on positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team: 1 Team Leader, 4 CSOs and 2 Independent Living Workers
• Drive tenant engagement, ensuring residents are aware of and involved in suitable activities and projects
• Monitor and analyse satisfaction data to improve services and share successes
• Maintain strong knowledge of policies and procedures, ensuring response times and expectations are managed appropriately
• Build effective relationships across internal teams such as Housing Management and Community Engagement
• Support team development, identifying training needs and promoting a positive, motivated culture
• Provide calm, measured leadership when responding to the needs of veteran residents

About You

• Experienced in managing support or housing services
• Calm, measured and proactive in approach
• Strong understanding of service improvement and tenant engagement
• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Able to set clear boundaries while motivating and recognising team success

Additional Details

• Hybrid working: 4 days on site, 1 day working from home
• Reporting to: Director / Support Services Manager
• Location: Kings Road, Fulham - Fulham Broadway is the nearest station
