Recruitment Resourcer

Morgan Hunt are recruiting an internal resourcer to join the IT division within the Glasgow office. You will be focused on candidate sourcing for IT roles, specifically across data and AI roles. The role involves building relationships with potential candidates and matching candidates to roles. You must be competent and comfortable on the phone with good attention to detail.



Key Responsibilities:

• Speak to candidates via phone
• Build relationships with a candidate base
• Ensuring successful candidates are compliant
• Understanding a number of job roles

£24,000 per year plus commission
