Position Details

• Job Title: Telesales Executive

• Reporting To: Skills & Training Team Lead
• Status: Temporary
• Working Hours: 18 hours per week

Overview

• Seeking a highly motivated, target-driven professional with a proven sales track record.
• Engage with new and existing customers via phone to promote college offerings.
• Collaborate with Skills & Training Executives for appointments, follow-ups, and training documentation.
• Ensure compliance and smooth operational processes with employers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Place phone calls to generate leads for the sales team.
• Complete training paperwork.
• Maintain high standards of service and support.
• Assist employers with Apprenticeship service accounts.
• Use CRM system to log activity.
• Be knowledgeable about all products and services.
• Book quality appointments for sales team.
• Communicate issues or questions to supervisory staff.
• Build relationships with prospects to enhance customer service.
• Work as part of the wider team and attend weekly meetings.

Mandatory Requirements

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
• Safeguarding: Protect student wellbeing and report concerns.

• DBS Check: Enhanced check required.
