Team Leader - Veterans Supported Housing




Full Time | £20+ PAYE plus holiday pay




A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to join a welcoming supported housing service in Fulham, working with ex-veterans with low to medium support needs.




You will work across two houses supporting 128 residents, leading a small team of 4 Community Support Officers and helping to create a positive, engaging environment for residents.

The Role

• Support and supervise a team of 4 Community Support Officers
• Promote tenant engagement and participation
• Encourage residents to get involved in the wide range of activities and projects available
• Carry out regular staff supervision
• Help develop new opportunities and activities for residents
