
Senior People Advisor
Senior People Advisor - Charity - London with hybrid working - c£48,000
If you are a proactive and inclusive People Advisor this is the role for you!
Working closely with the Director of People and partnering with managers and colleagues you will build confidence in their people processes and strengthen understanding of People best practice. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues including disciplinaries and grievances
- Overseeing their HR system and analysing People data to interpret trends
- Developing and updating People policies and processes
- Coaching and upskilling managers and colleagues
- Ensuring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is at the core of all People processes
- Supporting hiring managers with all aspects of recruitment
- Designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives
You should be an experienced People Advisor or HR Generalist with a track record record of providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. A strong knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of coaching managers, working with HR systems to interpret and analyse data and influencing key stakeholders. A good understanding of EDI best practice and excellent communication skills are essential.
You need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience.
