Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join a reputable organisation in East London on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to work closely with senior leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people-related matters and driving organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development initiatives
• Lead on change management projects, including restructures and organisational development
• Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practice
• Coach and support managers in handling people-related issues confidently and effectively
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
