Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join a reputable organisation in East London on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to work closely with senior leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people-related matters and driving organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development initiatives
- Lead on change management projects, including restructures and organisational development
- Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practice
- Coach and support managers in handling people-related issues confidently and effectively
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
