About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess business modules across Levels 4-6
• Develop engaging lesson plans and teaching materials
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance
• Participate in departmental activities, including occasional weekend sessions

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Business or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Teaching experience in higher education
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for student development and academic excellence
