We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across Levels 4 to 6 at a university in East London.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lectures across Business programmes (Levels 4-6)
* Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
* Support and mentor students to achieve academic success
* Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
* Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance
* Participate in academic activities, including occasional weekend sessions

👤 What We're Looking For
* Degree in Business or a related subject (Master's preferred)
* Experience teaching in higher education (Levels 4-6)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Passion for teaching and student development
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively

⭐ Desirable
* Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
* Experience with curriculum design and module leadership
* Industry experience within a business-related field
