We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Registered Managers to join our client's growing team's across London on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high quality Learning Disabilities services and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people you support.
About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a Learning Disabilities service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person centred care. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management of the service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and independence
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Learning Disabilities services
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
