Young Person Worker

We are recruiting for Young Person Worker to support Looked After Children, Care Leavers aged 16-17, and Adults at Risk within supported accommodation services.

Job Title: Young Person Worker - Supported Accommodation
Location: Various locations across the region
Working Hours: Full-time | Flexible shifts including weekends & sleep-ins

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver one-to-one support and key working sessions
* Complete support plans, risk assessments, and case recordings
* Support young people with independent living skills including budgeting, cooking, tenancy readiness, and accessing services
* Work alongside social workers, housing teams, and external agencies
* Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes

Experience Required:
* Experience supporting vulnerable young people or adults with complex needs
* Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed support
* Good communication, report writing, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage caseloads and work independently
