Are you an experienced Plumbing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are working with a well-established Further Education College in St Albans that is looking to appoint a Plumbing Lecturer to join their growing Construction department.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and practical Plumbing lessons to learners across a range of levels
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning materials in line with curriculum standards
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback and support
• Help learners develop both practical skills and industry knowledge
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with the wider Construction team to support curriculum delivery

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (essential)
• Strong industry experience within Plumbing
• Teaching qualification desirable, although support may be available for the right candidate
• Passion for developing learners and sharing industry knowledge
• Strong communication and organisational skills
