We are delighted to be supporting a well-regarded Further Education college in Northamptonshire in the recruitment of an organised and proactive Curriculum Administrator to support their Sport department on a maternity cover basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills to play a key role in supporting both staff and students within a busy curriculum area.


โœจ About the Role

As a Curriculum Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Sport team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment.


๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sport curriculum team
  • Maintain accurate student records, data and documentation
  • Support timetabling, registers and attendance tracking
  • Assist with organising meetings, events and departmental activities
  • Liaise with staff, students and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with college processes and procedures
  • Support reporting and data entry across systems


๐Ÿ‘ค About You

You will be a highly organised and reliable individual with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

You'll be confident using IT systems, able to manage your workload effectively, and comfortable working as part of a busy team.

A background in sport is not required - this role is all about your organisational and administrative ability.


โœ… Essential RequirementsGCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident IT user (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience working in an education or office environment
