
HR Advisor
Location: Leeds - Hybrid
Salary: £32,002.35 - £34,214.21
Duration: Permanent
An exciting HR Advisor opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading health and social care charity. They are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to act as the first point of contact for HR and employee relations queries and cases, providing a prompt and effective customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, flexible working, and reasonable adjustment cases.
· Provide clear HR guidance and coaching to managers and staff at all levels.
· Advise on HR policies and processes relating to recruitment, redeployment, and terms and conditions.
· Develop expertise in TUPE, organisational change, and employment-related processes.
· Support People Relations and Business Partner teams with organisational change and project work.
· Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and case management documentation.
· Identify and escalate high-risk or complex issues where appropriate.
· Contribute to training delivery and wider People team initiatives.
Essential Requirements
· Proven experience managing employee relations and a range of HR-related activities.
· Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience working within a regulated environment.
· CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent HR experience.
· Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and advise managers and employees effectively.
· Commitment to continuous professional development.
· Experience handling complex employee relations matters and supporting HR teams.
· A values-driven approach, with the ability to embed organisational values into day-to-day practice.
· Experience promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
