Outreach Worker - Bristol

We are currently recruiting for an Outreach Worker to work within a street-based outreach service in the Bristol area, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.



Role Details:

• 📍 Location: Bristol
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• 💷 Pay Rate: £15.95 per hour +HP

Please note, this is a street outreach role involving regular travel across Bristol to support clients within the community.



Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial street-based assessments for new rough sleepers and ongoing casework
• Planning and organising outreach shifts using referral and mapping data
• Supporting clients into accommodation and relevant services via the Pathway
• Organising annual street counts and mapping hotspot areas
• Attending multi-agency meetings and liaising with partner organisations
• Supporting access to accommodation, health services, housing advice, and day centres
• Leading on crisis intervention work alongside the Team Manager
• Contributing to service development in line with strategies such as No Second Night Out
• Supporting cold weather provision and outreach initiatives
• Assisting with monitoring service expenditure and volunteer timesheets.
