Temporary Qualified IDVA

Location: remote working



We are looking for a qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) who identifies as part of the LGBT+ community to support a specialist project on a 12+ week temporary contract.




This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed and focused charity making a real difference in the lives of people affected by domestic abuse and inequality.



Candidates for the IDVA role will need:

• Recognised IDVA qualification
• Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse
• Strong risk assessment, safety planning, and advocacy skills
• Understanding of the experiences and needs of LGBT+ survivors
