We're working with a well-established Further Education College in Aylesbury that is looking to appoint a Multi-Skills Lecturer to join their growing Construction department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a broad skillet to step into a rewarding teaching role within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You will be delivering engaging, hands-on and theory-based sessions across a range of construction disciplines, supporting learners at various levels to develop practical skills and industry knowledge. The role will suit someone who thrives in a workshop environment and enjoys mentoring and developing others.

What We're Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in a construction trade
• Experience across multiple construction trades
• Industry experience within construction
• A passion for teaching and developing learners
• A teaching qualification
